Crazy Strange Days presents You're Crazy Strange News, Episode thirty five. And this is gonna be a quick one because I keep seeing since New Year's Day this weird Miami mall story. So we're gonna get right into It's from themere dot co dot UK by Paul Donald. Police swarm Miami mall after terrified customers claim they saw eight foot alien shadow creatures. Teenagers brawling at a mall in Miami managed to spark rumors of huge shadowy aliens being seen. Cops swarmed the area in a bid to get the situation under control, but rumors abounded around x formerly, Twitter, and other social media platforms that the police weren't there to handle the rioting teens, but rather eight to ten foot tall shadow aliens. Official say officers were there to deal with a group of about fifty teenagers at Bayside Marketplace mall in the city. Young miscreants are said to have run through the corridor, shooting off fireworks, damaging stores, and starting fights, but the conspiracy theories took off after an aerial video of the incident taken from outside the mall shows dozens of police cars sitting outside the venue with sirens blaring. Some people estimated that there were as many as sixty police cars. According to an amateur video posted online. There are moments when a big creature could be seen in plane sight standing in front of an entrance to the shopping mall, causing many online conspiracists to put their takes on exactly what happened. A TikTok user called at Anti Collette went viral sighting, and I believe she just does. I think she does his real popular crypto coin TikToker, So it's kind of odd that you know she's up in this too, citing multiple witnesses who claimed to have seen creatures who stood eight to ten feet tall walking outside and inside the mall, and another user at sosa dot Pippin in a now deleted video said he heard gunshots and then saw a big ass shadow, but that was also solid, disappearing and reappearing while getting closer. And there were plenty memes to go around too, with one x user posting, I don't know if the rumors about the aliens at the Miami Mall are real, but I do not know. Oh, I never seen this many police in one place, and it's there's a ton of police cards. It's wild. If you see then you can check the links, you can see the photos and stuff, while another said everyone has cell phones, but nobody have an up close video of eight to ten foot tall alien at the Miami Mall. According to CBS News, Miami officer Michael Vega reiterated the circumstances regarding the altercation between fifty juveniles, adding there were no aliens, UFOs or ets, no airports were closed, no power outages, followed by a face paulm emoji. So there's some other reports that this article doesn't talk about or speak of, is that the airspace was shut down. People are saying and they're seeing, you know, the black helicopters up in the air was the only thing that was in the air at the time, which I find interesting. And then of course, you know, everybody's saying this is a cover up, but I have no idea myself. There's so many articles on it, and they're all kind of the same. There's not a lot of info, and it's been like, I don't know, jeez, you know, quite a few days, and the president of Miami's Downtown Neighbors Alliance, James Torres, said the massive police response was because a resident mistook the fireworks as gunshots and reported an active shooter. He said some officers were heavily armed and approached the crowd displaying high powered rifles, reflecting the fact that officers were initially erroneously told this situation involved an active shooter. While there are no reports of aliens being in custody, fourteens were arrested in By four thirty am, the road was report reopened and traffic was flowing smoothly, according to authorities.
